Matthew Harwell cares deeply about people and equipping them to succeed in their career and life. Matthew’s background in gerontology, family life education and psychology bring refreshing commentary and conversation to sessions! Matthew is a current doctoral student in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Performance and Change. He will not tell you how to do your job, rather collaboratively help you glean new insights. Matthew is an Emergency Communications Operations Manager for the Lincoln Emergency Communications Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. He started his career in public safety with the Larimer County Sheriff's Office in Fort Collins, CO in 2016. Beyond his home agency, he serves on the NENA Institute Board along with several NENA and APCO working groups.
